- Thank you so much to Paula and Clare from RISE NI for delivering a Parent & Carer Information Session. It was lovely to invite parents & carers into school again ??
- Fr Raymond calls in frequently to visit us and it iis always a pleasure to see him coming. He spends time talking to the children, supporting them with their prayers and teaching them songs. Thank you Fr Raymond!
- Lynn Johnston from Happy Healthy Smiles called to teach the children about dental health. Thank you Lynn. The children enjoyed your story and were delighted with their new toothbrush and toothpaste
- Thank you to Tinya from Suffolk Library who joined us to read to the children in school and also participated in our Christmas Big Bedtime Read. Thank you Tinya!
- Thank you to the Health Visitors from Belfast Health and Social Care Trust who dedicate two days annually to provide one to one meetings with our parents/carers.
- The children were delighted with a recent visit from the NI Fire & Rescue Service during which they learned about the role of the fire officer and the equipment they use. Each child delighted in using the hose to spray over cones in the yard! So much fun!
- Thank you so much to the PSNI for visiting us in Nursery to teach the children about their roles. The children enjoyed checking out the police car and putting on the flashing lights & flashing sirens!
- Jump, Jiggle & Jive visit us twice a month. Ali our dance teacher is bursting with positivity and enthusiasm during each lesson and is always prepared with a great variety of songs and props! Excellent dance sessions!! Thank you Ail!
- GAA Fundamentals were a massive hit! The children enjoyed numerous outdoor sessions developing ball skills. Their progress was evident!
- Mini & Mind Explorers visited us every Monday to help the children learn about feelings & emotions, being mindful, practicing gratitude, relaxation and breathing techniques. What a perfect start to the week!
- Leanne, also from Mini & Mind Explorers, delivered an outstanding mindfulness programme to a group of our lovely parents. We enjoyed six weeks of open and honest engagement, with parents offering each other a listening ear, support, understanding and kind
- Mr Hullabaloo has shared four if his epic puppet shows with us and each time our Nursery was packed full with adults and children! The atmosphere was buzzing each and every time with happiness, hugs and smiles throughout! Thank you Mr Hullabaloo!
- Santa took time out from reading letters and helping his elves to visit Holy Child Nursery School. He confirmed that all the boys and girls were on the nice list! We were not one bit surprised!
- The Christmas Elf from Belfast City Council, took time from her exceptionally busy schedule to teach us about recycling.
