Thank you so much to Lieanne from 'Mini & Mind Explorers' for delivering an uplifting and open parents mindfulness class. This class was open to all our parents & guardians.
It was attended by a group of mothers who have shown such openness, kindness and support to each other. We learned so much from each other and also had a giggle every week.
